Latitude 33, Manly

Consists of 25 luxurious apartments overlooking Manly beach. The project was built and developed by Laing O’Rouke. Chelva Holdings involvement included render to all new external walls including the restoration and re-rendering of the existing facade after the removal of all the old render to the original building, including detailed corbels and bands. Rendering to planters, retaining and substation walls, as well as basement lift lobbies and garbage rooms.
Chelva Holdings also carried out caulking to expansion joints within rendered areas.
