The Phoenix Apartments, Rhodes

The project comprises of 201 residential units within an 18 storey building over a two storey basement carpark located in Rhodes. The project was developed by Whitehall Property Group and built by Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd. The entire building facade was rendered in addition to the landscaped common areas.
