Manta at Prince Henry, Little Bay

A Stockland development forming the main entry into the Prince Henry urban redevelopment. The five-storey building comprising of four levels of residential accommodation (65 apartments), ground level retail, commercial properties and basement car parking.
Chelva Holdings applied render to facade with feature grooves and acrylic render to concrete substrates.
Due to access difficulties on site, Chelva Holdings utilised its mortar pump to reach the full height of the building from the ground floor, minimising the need to “set up” in different locations, reducing the materials handling requirements for the project.
