Breakfast Point is a medium density development by Rosecorp/Cbus Superannuation, on a 52 hectare site in metropolitan Sydney, comprising of 2,065 residential dwellings and community buildings.  Chelva Holdings has carried out several stages for various clients including lots 5J, 5D, 5E, 3C1 and 6B3.

Lot 5I2 are luxury apartments which were constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions.  Work completed includes:
