Discovery Point is an apartment complex consisting of 135 residential apartments at Wolli Creek. It was completed in two stages being similar in design and constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions. Work completed includes:

Luxury apartments overlooking the ocean at Little Bay built by M & G Building Pty Ltd. Chelva Holdings carried out rendering works to all external masonry, concrete and blueboard substrates using traditional sane cement mortars and acrylic renders.
