Breakfast Point is a medium density development by Rosecorp/Cbus Superannuation, on a 52 hectare site in metropolitan Sydney, comprising of 2,065 residential dwellings and community buildings.  Chelva Holdings has carried out several stages for various clients including lots 5I2, 5D, 5E, 3C1 and 6B3.

Lot 5J are luxury apartments constructed by Baulderstone Hornibrook.  Work completed included:

• Rendered window bands.
• Low level walls rendered with groves for aesthetic appeal.
• All planters rendered to smooth finish to create clean sharp look.
