Union Balmain

We are excited to have been awarded the cement render contract, and be involved in the construction of the Union Balmain located at Terry Street, Rozelle. The development consists 202 residential dwellings, ground level retail space, ground level park, rooftop lawn and vehicle parking.  The $200 million residential development is spread over three buildings, each six stories and is scheduled for completion in early 2015.

Chelva Holdings is working with Richard Crookes Constructions to complete the render to external areas including block work, concrete and slab edges, hobs, lift overruns, hebel panels, up stands and internal cement render to garbage rooms.
